The purpose of this blog is to:

  • comment on Tennessee Supreme Court and Tennessee Court of Appeals opinions as they are released, with an emphasis on pointing out the “lesson” a practicing attorney (or a client) should learn from the opinion
  • comment on business issues which I confront as an advisor to small businesses and entrepreneurs
  • discuss how solo or small firm attorneys can successfully leverage technology and internet resources to deliver superior results for clients

My hope is that others will add their own insights, opinions and commentary.
