Meet Attorney Paul Billings
My name is Paul Billings, and I'm originally from Osceola, Arkansas. I've lived and worked as an attorney in the Memphis area since I graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1984. I have worked with large Memphis firms in the past but prefer the one-on-one client interaction that a solo practice allows. Today, I offer my clients the experience of a large firm, and the personal attention of a small firm. I help individuals challenge their residential property tax appraisals. I help businesses with critical legal problems such as commercial property tax appraisal appeals and due diligence reviews. I have received the AV Peer Review Rating* and work as local counsel for law firms outside of Tennessee.
